If a patient, or a relative/carer wish to make a formal complaint about a service or experience at Guildhall Walk Healthcare Centre they will need to put their complaint in writing either by letter or email to enquiries.guildhallwalkgp@nhs.net.

The complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and a full response will be available within 20 working days, following an investigation.

Complaints can be made to PALs (Patient Advise and Liaison Service) via telephone on:

0800 013 2319 (for Primary Care: community, dentist and doctors services)
0800 917 6039 (for Secondary care: hospitals)
