If a patient, or a relative/carer wish to make a formal complaint about a service or experience at Guildhall Walk Healthcare Centre they will need to put their complaint in writing either by letter or email to enquiries.guildhallwalkgp@nhs.net.

The complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and a full response will be available within 20 working days, following an investigation.
